The 2012 budget year process will start in the spring, this is when every voter in Quincy needs to follow the Council and Committee meetings. The spring and summer is when I need your help and input with the city budget. We need to hold the line or reduce some of the City spending all with as little impact on our services as possible. With the plans for the City’s downtown area going forward, I need your input on what you want your city to be. This plan will effect Quincy for the next 7 to 10 years, please stay informed on the process. We need to keep watch on this project and make choices together, let me know your concerns. Joe reviewed the Downtown Redevelopment Plan and will fight hard to get a great project and a budget that better reflected our wishes.
