Taxes - Fought hard to reduce city budgets and protect overburdened tax payers. Reduced estimated readings of water meters leading to more accurate water bills and fewer costly one-time bills

Public Safety - Increased repair of fire hydrants across the city. Exposed the danger of covered gas gate boxes to protect homeowners, utility workers and firefighters from danger

Housing - Helped create over 90 affordable housing units for seniors and working families through the    Quincy Affordable Housing Trust.

Public Works - Increased street repair through pavement management plan

Economic Development - Champion of sustainable development and planned rational zoning of our      downtown and neighborhoods protecting the character of our neighborhoods.
